We’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will refund any item returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and in a saleable condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Have all swing tags/barcodes attached
- Accompanied by the relevant online receipt
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and processed once the returned goods are received at our warehouse.
Pricing Errors
While we strive to ensure all pricing on our website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you’ve ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either:
- Reconfirm your order at the correct price, or
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund
If we’re unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled automatically, and any payment made will be refunded in full.
